	What is the veteran population for company?  Are they mostly hourly or salary?  How do you engage the hourly workers to self ID, invite them to join the ERG, and participate in programming?  Most of our US population are hourly workers and they do not have a company phone or email.  Our ERG has 500 members but they are mainly salary workers.
