That group sponsors and supports the Manufacturing Institute and they have a SkillBridge Program called Heroes MAKE America.  This program assists transitioning military get into our industry.  I use this partnership for recruitment.  You might look and see what other partnerships the company has and see if they have programs you can tap into based on those sponsorships.
